PROFILE
Rebecca Gonzalez joined Petry Law Firm in 2021 and currently serves as the Office Supervisor at Petry Advisory. In her role, she oversees the firm’s tax preparation and bookkeeping operations, helping ensure projects are completed efficiently while delivering exceptional client service. Rebecca works closely with the team to coordinate workflows, implement new processes and procedures, and continuously improve internal operations. She is passionate about creating efficient systems, maintaining high standards of quality, and supporting both the team and clients throughout every stage of the engagement process.
Rebecca earned her Bachelor’s degree in Counseling Psychology with a minor in Business from Nelson University. Her professional background includes counseling, finance, and nonprofit accounting, providing her with a strong foundation in client service, organization, and problem-solving. As part of her commitment to continuous learning, she is currently pursuing a bookkeeping certification to further strengthen her expertise and better support Petry Advisory and its clients.
Outside of work, Rebecca enjoys staying active and recently discovered a passion for Hot Mat Pilates. She is a lifelong Houston Astros fan and loves everything about the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. She is currently pursuing the opportunity to become a Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo volunteer for the 2027 rodeo season and looks forward to giving back to the community while participating in one of Houston’s most treasured traditions. When she’s not working, Rebecca also enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her family and friends.
