Melissa serves as the Administrator at Petry Advisory, where she supports the firm’s tax preparation team by gathering and organizing documentation, coordinating client information, and helping ensure cases move efficiently through the process. She also manages the calendars of the firm’s attorneys, playing an important role in maintaining smooth day-to-day operations and delivering exceptional client service.

Prior to joining Petry Advisory, Melissa built a successful career in healthcare, working closely with patients and their families. That experience strengthened her communication, organizational, and customer service skills, which continue to be valuable assets in her current role. Her ability to connect with people and provide dependable support helps create a positive experience for both clients and colleagues.

One of the aspects she enjoys most about her work is knowing that clients can rely on Petry Advisory to help them navigate difficult tax and IRS matters. She takes pride in being part of a team that makes a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals and business owners while continuously learning and growing professionally.

In addition to her administrative and client service experience, Melissa has an entrepreneurial background. Together with her former spouse, she operated a successful small business specializing in custom-built mobile units. Through that experience, she gained firsthand knowledge of business operations, customer relations, and problem-solving, giving her a unique understanding of the challenges many business owners face.

Outside of the office, Melissa enjoys practicing hot mat Pilates and has been actively involved in it for nearly a year. She appreciates the positive impact it has had on both her physical health and overall well-being.
